I hope you slept well and are feeling ready for the day ahead. Before we set out, I recommend heading downstairs to the lounge for breakfast and a coffee.\nIt’s a relaxed space to ease into the morning, catch the first bit of sun, and get in the right headspace for a full day of exploring. Whether you're flying solo or meeting up with fellow travellers, it's the perfect way to start.\nOnce you're fuelled and ready, let’s hit the streets and see what Tel Aviv has to offer.","type":"text"}],"ttsFile":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FSKde388z3RxSLjLyAZe8%2Ftts_0.mp3?alt=media&token=d0456b15-11ee-4368-b991-e018a5ba4d55"},{"address":"Founders Monument and Fountain","location":{"longitude":34.77169805000002,"latitude":32.06315545994749,"latitudeDelta":0.09219986310369421,"longitudeDelta":0.16350109057055107},"placeId":"ChIJmYIZJJ1MHRURBsUAAzy2QTc","media":[{"content":{"place_id":"ChIJmYIZJJ1MHRURBsUAAzy2QTc"},"type":"place"},{"content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FSKde388z3RxSLjLyAZe8%2FqxkWxgMbgK5QO4a5Ze42qhTzFPTmB81C.jpg?alt=media&token=39606093-b735-4377-a769-191a28bd8c1a","type":"img"},{"content":"This peaceful corner of Meir Garden marks the beginning of Tel Aviv’s story. The Founders Monument and Fountain honour the 66 Jewish families who, in 1909, gathered on nearby sand dunes to divide plots of land for a new Hebrew city. They used numbered seashells to hold a lottery, an event now seen as the official founding moment of Tel Aviv.\n\nThe monument was unveiled in 1949 to celebrate the city's 40th anniversary. It lists the names of those original families and stands as a reminder of the city's humble beginnings. The fountain nearby adds a quiet touch to this reflective space, surrounded by trees in one of the city’s oldest public parks.\n\nMeir Garden itself was opened in the 1940s and named after Mayor Meir Dizengoff, one of the city’s most influential figures. Today the park is used by locals for walks, reading, and small events.\n\nAs you pause here, you are standing at a symbol of vision and determination. From a handful of families and seashells came a modern city that would go on to define a nation.\n\n","type":"text"}],"ttsFile":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FSKde388z3RxSLjLyAZe8%2Ftts_1.mp3?alt=media&token=2bdb8cb7-6af2-4195-87cb-b04980731ebc"},{"address":"Abraham Tel Aviv","location":{"latitude":32.063323909947535,"latitudeDelta":0.09219986310369421,"longitudeDelta":0.16350109057055107,"longitude":34.776280549999996},"placeId":"ChIJK8D-M31LHRUR9_bGmArdf4M","media":[{"content":{"place_id":"ChIJK8D-M31LHRUR9_bGmArdf4M"},"type":"place"},{"content":"Hope you had a great day out. Now’s the time to take it slow and wind down with a drink at the bar.\n\nThe atmosphere is easygoing and social, perfect for swapping stories or just enjoying a quiet moment. It's a local favourite with a refreshing twist and a nice way to toast the end of the day.\n\nTake a seat, relax into the evening, and if you're not quite ready for it to be over, you can always stay another night.\n\n","type":"text"}],"ttsFile":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FSKde388z3RxSLjLyAZe8%2Ftts_2.mp3?alt=media&token=35255a0d-12f6-4601-982f-292e4b8ffb13"}]
