Tried and tested, it always comes on the top. Seasoning and marination is done perfectly though the meat and the skin at times gets a bit dry, but not burnt, due to over heating. You don't need any extra sauces or seasonings to add. The price is surprisingly very affordable even during these high inflation times. You may order for delivery through WhatsApp, too, for a little extra charge. Service is great. If you happen to be in the area then Sajji is usually available after sunset.
