During the winter, the cold gradually worsens until west winds bring rain, which eventually turns to snow. For tourists, a paved path to the tunnel, an information centre, a guide, resting areas, and a coffee shop have all been built.\n\nThe Ayubia Tunnel is a new addition to the tourist attractions in the region. It is a 1.2 km long tunnel that passes through the Ayubia National Park.
