To get to the top of Castle Hill, you can either take the Castle Hill Funicular (Budavári Sikló), although it is slightly expensive, or you can take the bus 16, 16A or 116 and get off at Dísz tér. \n\nOnce you get to the top, we suggest discovering Buda Castle and its surroundings. It offers an impressive panorama over Pest and the Danube river. Don’t forget to walk into the Castle’s patio which houses the Budapest History Museum.\n\nFrom the Royal Palace, take Támok utca (street) until you get to Matthias Church, which costs 1,500Ft to visit and the Fisherman’s Bastion, from which you’ll get the best views across the city and the Hungarian Parliament."},{"metadata":{"width":576,"height":1024},"type":"video","content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FWx7HmvAFd6dh07dh0Meg%2Ft%E1%BA%A3i%20xu%E1%BB%91ng%20(2).mp4?alt=media&token=ac2785cd-0886-4486-a6ed-067adb4c2a58"}]},{"address":"Széchenyi Chain Bridge","location":{"longitudeDelta":0.10218818160659443,"latitudeDelta":0.09219986310369421,"latitude":47.4990147173297,"longitude":19.043892250000017},"media":[{"type":"text","content":"# Chain Bridge"},{"metadata":{"width":562,"height":316},"type":"img","version":1,"content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FWx7HmvAFd6dh07dh0Meg%2F34a5f1cd3740193963e268f471aac5bc.jpg?alt=media&token=06a9e122-fd16-48ef-9bab-183396200ec6"},{"type":"text","content":"Walk back to Pest down one of Buda’s many paths and cross the Chain Bridge, the oldest bridge in Budapest. The bridge’s real name is Széchenyi, in memory of the Count István Széchenyi, who helped build it, but is commonly known as the Chain Bridge. \n\nBefore the iron structure was built, the Danube river could only be crossed by boat or by foot when the waterway would freeze over during winter.\n\nThe Chain Bridge was commissioned principally because it was extremely difficult for the boats to cross the river during the coldest months and Buda and Pest needed to be more easily connected. \n\nThe Chain Bridge took twenty years to build and was inaugurated on 20 November 1849, even before Budapest became a single city."},{"metadata":{"width":540,"height":960},"type":"video","content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FWx7HmvAFd6dh07dh0Meg%2Ft%E1%BA%A3i%20xu%E1%BB%91ng%20(3).mp4?alt=media&token=f2fe3b18-4293-4713-ba7a-cd5969df76a0"}]},{"address":"Andrássy út","location":{"longitudeDelta":0.10218818160659443,"latitudeDelta":0.09219986310369421,"latitude":47.50721841733469,"longitude":19.065994200000006},"media":[{"type":"text","content":"# Day 2\n* Andrássy Avenue\n"},{"metadata":{"width":600,"height":900},"type":"img","version":1,"content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FWx7HmvAFd6dh07dh0Meg%2Facb786e2eb6b7bd2d44b9fbaa4fcb23f.jpg?alt=media&token=d02c764f-768a-4338-ab81-5cd3f4f7ad42"},{"type":"text","content":"I suggest exploring Andrássy Avenue for a few hours, do a bit of shopping, have a coffee or walk to the Parliament if you haven’t seen it yet.\n\nIn the evening, we recommend booking a Budapest Dinner Cruise. This is one of the main squares of the city, decorated with impressive statues commemorating the seven Magyar tribes that founded Hungary.\n\nThe square has the Museum of Fine Arts. In our opinion, it is one of the best museums in Budapest. We recommend spending about an hour exploring this gallery, and admission is relatively cheap.\n\nOnce you've left the museum, walk towards City Park. If you go on a Sunday, you will see many Hungarian families and groups of friends having a picnic or relaxing in the sun. The park is also bustling on Saturdays.\n\nAs you walk into the Park, walk towards Vajdahunyad Castle and then explore the green space counterclockwise until you reach the Széchenyi Thermal Baths. If you have enough time, we recommend relaxing in one of Budapest's best spas for a few hours.\n\nAfter going to the spa, you will probably be hungry. There are a few food stalls in front of Budapest Zoo if you want a quick bite or you can wait to head back to the city center for a more relaxing lunch."},{"metadata":{"width":576,"height":1024},"type":"video","content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FWx7HmvAFd6dh07dh0Meg%2Ft%E1%BA%A3i%20xu%E1%BB%91ng%20(5).mp4?alt=media&token=c1c21417-a274-4b28-a1a1-fa8bd49381e3"}]},{"address":"Hungarian State Opera","location":{"longitudeDelta":0.10218818160659443,"latitudeDelta":0.09219986310369421,"latitude":47.50254151733186,"longitude":19.058625099999993},"media":[{"type":"text","content":"* Hungarian State Opera"},{"metadata":{"width":735,"height":490},"type":"img","version":1,"content":"https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/freeguides-prod.appspot.com/o/assets%2Ftours%2FWx7HmvAFd6dh07dh0Meg%2Fe3cd4bf9e82f04cbf019033c3a6734b9.jpg?alt=media&token=14913b59-0280-43cd-ad83-1e7a6bd57162"},{"type":"text","content":"Next, you can go back and go to the Hungarian State Opera.
